Missing BMAD Web Bundles

Describe the bug
Web-bundles are no longer being produced.

Steps to Reproduce
Neither the BMAD Web Bundles page has the latest releases, nor does running npm run bundle produce the latest BMAD Web Bundles website. Also, tools/cli/bundlers folder referenced in package.json is removed.

It it appears to be intentional work-in-progress.

See commit e6f911d (Dec 13, 2025) with the message "the web bundler will be replaced".

with the proliferation of plugins and skills becoming an open standard soon to also be available in the web, web bundles are being deprioritized.
