Description
The DnsUtils::ipV6Shortener method incorrectly shortens addresses. In particular, if you pass it an address with 0 in the middle, it will incorrectly cut off 0, although this should not be done. For example, the address "aaaa:aaaa:0:aaaa::" will turn into the invalid "aaaa:aaaa::aaaa::".
