Venice.AI is a privacy focused AI company, aligning very closely with the vision of Goose. Venice allows users to access uncensored open-source AI models, while keeping all of their data private on their own computer. As the API Product Lead, I want to ensure that Goose users have the ability to connect their VeniceAI API to Goose. The current infrastructure only supports OpenAI, Anthropic, Databricks, Groq, Google, Ollama, OpenRouter, Azure OpenAI. Please note that Venice API uses Openai API format - so technically this could be accomplished with a custom base-url, but I believe that the user experience would be specifically better with a predefined plugin.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Desktop app
2. Choose a provider

Expected behavior

1. Primary: Ability to choose Venice
2. Secondary: Ability to choose custom openai API compatible provider
