Code and GitHub Enterprise and Codespaces

Hello,

I am trying to open a GitHub code space using the “Open in VSCode desktop”
The dialog “Open this page in Blink?” Opens, I click “Open”, blink opens and then nothing….

I have tried setting the GitHub Enterprise Authenticator URI which made no difference.

I have also tried to open a GitHub remote repository, with the enterprise URI set in the extension and nothing happens.
Without this I have also tried to authenticate and the login dialog opens the standard GitHub auth user/password, I ignore and open enterprise auth but its not picked up.

The documentation is not helping nor the logs….. I am stuck.

Any pointers appreciated
