Add image resize module and apply to ToolPhoto model

Would be nice if it easily worked with django-jinja out of the box.
It looks there is support for easy_thumbnails, but adding support for other modules should also be easy enough.

When I installed markdownx, it also installed Pillow, make sure whatever we do here doesn't conflict with it or works with it.
