Bug in selecting parameters section if last subsection last parameters table

When re-running the script, the content of the last section is repeated whenever it does not contain a parameters table.

## @section my section
## @descriptionStart
## My description
## @descriptionEnd
## @param my_param My param
my_params: {}

## @section my other section
## @descriptionStart
## My other description
## @descriptionEnd
## @skip my_other_param
my_other_params: {}

This results in "My other description" being added to the end of the readme file every time I re-run the script.
