Issue enumerating HWW's after installation on Windows

Testing is being done on Windows10

Installation appears to be successful when running pip3 install .

When running ./hwi.py enumerate I get the below error. Tried the other dependency installation methods as well as installing libusb-1.0.dll and including it in HWI directory with no luck.

Is there an error when you install libusb1 with pip?

No, seems to have been downloaded fine
