[Feature Request] Monospace tag support in ePub parser

I'm trying to read some more technical books on my Xteink X4, but I've so far had to convert them to XTC to preserve the monospace sections used for code, output, variables, etc.

It would be great if Papyrix could support monospace block (`<pre>`) and inline (`<code>`, `<tt>`, `<kbd>`, `<samp>`) tags for ePubs (as well as HTML, I guess).
