Allow usage without login

We are implementing this great piece of software for a makerspace, basically to get "all of our stuff" in order. At least a bit...
For this usecase, in an intranet setting, it might be handy to disable the login altogether. Kids and the parents could add and edit if needed without bothering to type in the login data.

This would also make sense in a single-user self-hosted environment. I already secure koillection with reverse proxy (Traefik + Authelia).
