[Bug] After migrating to newer Posgresql version doctrine:migrate throw error

I forgot to save logs and dont want to break my instance again.

After migrating from postgres 12 to latest 16 version, koillection wouldn't start throwing an error at doctrine:migration step. Something about the table already existing.

I fixed it by creating a new empty database, starting koillection and passing the first user step.
Then shut down Koillection, remove inject my data to all already created tables exept the doctrine_migration_version
Then start Koillection again
