Build mesh-orange images according to Node Profiles

Each Node Profile should define:

• mesh router (e.g. cjdns)
• conf.d directory containing network interfaces and their configurations
  • See: Configuration management tomeshnet/mesh-orange#6
  • Configuration files (e.g. for Toronto Mesh) should be contained in a fork of this repo
  • Configuration files should be committed as plaintext, and the build process pack them into the image appropriately
  • Configurations can be packed into the OS, or in the conf.d where mesh-orange expects to find and apply them at runtime
