Preserve Selection During Pagination for Bulk Deletion

In the bulk deletion functionality for table elements, the current behavior resets the selection when navigating between pages. This needs to be fixed.

Please implement the selection behavior similar to Gmail:

Select items on page 1; controls appear at the top.
Navigate to page 2; controls are not displayed.
Return to page 1; previous selections and controls remain.
Navigate to page 2, select one item, delete it.
Return to page 1; previous selections and controls are still preserved.
