I found many incorrect strokes and they are fixed in this release.

Some glyphs are completely remade: /f, /j, /four and all glyphs with right-tail and left-tail.

/nine and /three are adjusted.

I started to reduce the width of horizontal strokes. Thanks to CORRECTION_HX it does not take much time.
I'll start to redesign the numbers, as well as balancing more letters.
