Yo tengo el mismo problema con un juego que usa un cuadro de dialogo similar a ese. lo que he hecho es bajarle la velocidad de reaparición al texto en el juego original. Esto hace que la traducción se genere antes de que termine de escribir el texto. como solución provisional puede servir.
