New version

Hello everyone.

I would like to tell you why a new major version is not expected in the near future. The thing is that over the past few years, users have become tired of a large number of versions, and I decided to take a break from major versions that break backward compatibility. In the coming days, I will add support for laravel 12 to the 11th version of the wallet. The tenth version of the wallet is not supported, and the eleventh will become LTS and will receive an additional year of support.

This is necessary so that users more actively switch to version 11.
