timestamp addition breaks Globus_Flow

If the Add a timestamp... feature is selected during setup, the Globus Flow from https://github.com/rosalindfranklininstitute/FlowCron-Globus_Flow-side fails to copy the output files from HPC, because it doesn't know the timestamp path addition.
