It's exactly what is linked by b-g above, speaking of process.
All the details of the original project
But we didn't re-use the original heavy masterpiece exhibited ;-)
For this version Philipp made the computer create a 120 pages file.
We just used a smaller size and a slip-box to make the book affordable for interested audience.
