Create a benchmark suite

I think it would be a good idea to develop a benchmark suite for various parts of the system. For example, I keenly watch the startup time as basilisp.core grows and it reminds me more and more of Clojure's long startup times. I want to keep an eye on that and try to minimize the growth in startup times and general code performance.
