Clear BMS & RMS Faults Remotely

Running into a non-critical BMS fault while we are in the tube and not being able to clear it could be a big letdown. We ran into this tonight during the MC test, where a simple cell communication fault halted a trial in our test. Currently, we are only able to clear BMS faults manually with a laptop and CANdapter. Need to look into diagnosing the error messages from the dashboard and being able to send a clear faults message (along with similar RMS messages).

Just as a note: we can already clear faults on the RMS
