Capability to manage Assignee on Stories

I would like to be able to manage the Assignee to the Story directly from the "Backlogs" tab.

The following image outline the context of this feature-request.

This capability should be enabled or disabled from the plugin settings.

The assignee is already visible on the tooltip of the Story, and on the "Task Board", so there is no strict need to add the story's Assignee as a column in the "Backlogs".

The benefits of this feature are that we sometime would like to skip assignment of Task in case of simple Stories, with the owner managing directly their status from the "Backlogs", but every time we need to modify the assignee from the main page of the issue.

This would be a great feature! To be able to assign people to the user stories directly from the Baklogs view and see who is assigned to the stories in the sprints and releases and backlog directly.
