Numeric formating: Uncaught Error: Unknown language : de

When I try to add custom number formating for € like it is described here:
http://docs.handsontable.com/0.24.1/demo-numeric.html

I get the following error

Uncaught Error: Unknown language : de

I have made a small project to reproduce the error:

Looks like the numeral.js library isn't included.

Could you try also install this package and see if it works?

Yes, this package was not included.

Unfortunately it still throws the error, even after adding the package.

When I do testing inside the browser console. It works:

numeral.language('de');
//(input) {                                                                                   // 395
//        if (numeral.isNumeral(input)) {                                                     …
var test = numeral(1000).format('0,0')

test
//"1 000"

Have realy no Idea how to fix that.
