Support for EventBridge Global Endpoints?

Hey!

It looks like we pulled in the optional endpoint_id argument for PutEvents, but its not actually wired up to modify the endpoint used.

Quoting from the article you linked:

PutEvents SDK support for global endpoints requires the AWS Common Runtime (CRT) library, which is available for multiple programming languages, including Python, Node.js, and Java.

The Rust SDK doesn't support the AWS Common Runtime (CRT) currently, so it's currently missing this functionality.

You're welcome to open a feature request to add this support.
