[Bug]: Python SDK: Broken Github Actions Workflow Link

Expected behavior

I expected the Python GitHub Action Workflow link under Using Pylint and under Using Black to work.

Actual behavior

Clicking the Python GitHub Action Workflow link in both locations returns a 404 not found page.

Steps to reproduce

1. Navigate to [Using Pylint](https://github.com/awsdocs/aws-doc-sdk-examples/tree/main/python#using-pylint) and [Using Black](https://github.com/awsdocs/aws-doc-sdk-examples/tree/main/python#using-black)
2. Click on the Python GitHub Actions Workflow hyperlink
3. See the 404 link not found page
