feat: Provide the ability to pass workgroup to SynchronousAthenaQuery

The current SynchronousAthenaQuery construct has a workgroup hard coded in it. The construct should allow using other workgroup while providing a default one if the user is does not provide it.

IMHO, this construct should be replaced for a GlueCreateTable and similar constructs, otherwise it feels that one can run application code with CDK.

Being CDK an IaC tool, free form queries shouldn't be allowed. This would help respect the segregation of concerns principel and avoid spaghetti code.

(DDL queries like creating databases/tables fall in a grey area between IaC and AppCode and there are mostly accepted in any IaC tools)
