Add consistent status fields `AGE` and `SYNCED` to all resources

`kubectl get <resources>` doesn't always show AGE and rarely shows SYNCED status of the resources.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
`kubectl get <resources>` to always show `NAME`, `AGE`, and `SYNCED` statuses.
