Update to LLVM master

The repo currently does not compile with avr-llvm/llvm.

The best bet would be to wait until the current big changes being made to LLD are completed, and then rewriting the project from scratch (but keeping the relocation code, which is really the only code differentiating the AVR backend from any other).
