Add "Show output in tab" icon

I was thinking if that's a good idea to have an additional icon in output pane header, which will open output in separate tab. That way we will allow users to view (optionally) their output in full-scale atom editor, allowing them to search/edit/save/etc.

Let me know if that's a good idea and I'll implement, if not - I'll continue with other issues resolving.

We used to have an output pane as a separate tab (that was the original tab). People seemed to prefer the little bottom pane, so we did away with the tab. The problems we ran into way back when (pre-public launch of Atom) were that always opening a tab to the side (or same tab area) was distracting to people or ended up changing how they wanted their own tabs viewed.

You're free to try it out though you may find refactoring small things along the way will help you towards this goal (especially while going after other bugs). I liked the tabbed output area.

I guess I'll work on more important issues then (currently working on #600, which will fix related issues for other languages) and keep this issue in mind.

The main idea is to keep current output pane as it is, just add an additional icon, which will open output in the new tab, without affecting output pane (in case user wants to save output or find something in longlonlong output)

Would it be possible to assign a quick key to do that I find myself searching a lot through these output texts and it's a hassle to move hand to the mouse.
