"Terminal" Output can't be copied to the clipboard?

I am not sure if that is OS X related but I can't copy the text from the terminal window? Neither CMD+C nor the menu function works.

Any ideas on how to fix that?

Same here, it's such a productivity degrader it effectively forces you to stop using Script Atom package altogether :( Is it Script related or rather new Atom's panel thingy?

I use script on ubuntu and I am able to copy from the script output window

Yes, this is very frustrating. Any clues why this is happening?
