Add profiles which can be executed via unique hotkeys

provide ability to setup more than one run profile.  exec'd by unique hotkeys.  

my use case is that i have script `command` setup to run current file as a javascript mocha test.  i would also like the ability to exec lines of code, which are not mocha driven, without having to modify the run options to run node instead of mocha.
