[Docs]: Add more text on docs home page to improve project awareness #368

Feedback from the internal demo:

We should enhance the homepage text to clearly explain what the project is and the problem it addresses.
Although we currently support only YML, we should place less emphasis on 'YML' to keep the option open for other formats like JSON, and use 'configuration' instead.
