Greetings!

A lot of servers currently use VotingPlugin, and being one of those servers we are sick of the terrible performance. We wish to migrate our Users.db etc to SuperbVote however we cannot currently. We wish for an import process/tool so we can transition immediately to this highly recommended plugin.
