honestdid compatibility with did_multiplegt_dyn

Hello:

I'm trying to make honestdid work with did_multiplegt_dyn. So far no luck. I can use honestdid with the old version of that estimator--did_multiplegt using code such as the following:

honestdid, pre(4/5) post(1) vcov(didmgt_vcov) b(didmgt_results_no_avg) mvec(0.0(0.1)1) delta(rm) coefplot `plotopts'

But that doesn't work with did_multiplegt_dyn. Any suggestions?
