I uploaded the video.

Thumbnail image is pitch black　and　Video time is 00:00

What is the cause
Please Help me

Hi,

Can you check php logs and video conversion log ?
There is maybe a missing directory, or incorrect right on a director, or any other error linked with images generation

Can you also check if image files have been created ?

If video time is set to 00:00, it means video conversion failed
