Related to #62. Having an indicator of the thermometer's data reliability would be a good input for the user. Something similar to the GPS or LTE strength but for the thermometer.

We'll have to see how reliable the RSSI data is for the device after we've connected and work out how to notify the app on at least connection state changed. Technically it should be easy to do, but the bluetooth stack on the garmin is a little flaky in a couple of ways so it may or may not work.
