Redwood docs for 7.1 are missing

I went to the FoundationDB docs site and was surprised to see that:

1. The latest documented release is 7.1 but the latest announced release on blog/forum is a 6.x series. Is FDB 7 100% released? If so, where do you find announcements of new major releases?
2. There's a page invitingly titled Redwood Storage Engine but it's empty. That looks like a mistake because it's linked to from the 7.0 release notes.
