It'd be great to see apollo maintainers respond to feature requests in this repository, as right now that doesn't seem to be the case 0.
A response could be as simple as adding a tag or comment to let users know if the feature is being considered, accepted, rejected, in progress, etc.
Given that the overall volume of traffic on this repository is relatively low, it seems that the above is at least potentially doable.
That said, having worked on some high-traffic open source projects myself, a couple of caveats:
You definitely have no obligation to respond, though I think it'd be great if maintainers did respond and that it would improve optics and communication.
I know how stressful being an open source maintainer can be, and I in no way mean for this issue to be mean-spirited or demanding. It's intended just as a friendly and hopefully helpful suggestion
Project management is a very non-trivial activity, and I know it can be difficult and time-consuming to make decisions about feature requests. One possible way I've seen this handled well is to have a weekly suggestions backlog slog, like the TypeScript team publishes.
Thank you for all your hard work on the Apollo ecosystem! It's an impressive piece of open source software, and I appreciate all the effort you all put in!
(Also not sure if this is the appropriate place for this issue, but hopefully it's okay!)

@jkillian Thanks for reminding us of our responsibilities in open source to be more proactive! We are definitely focused on being more engaged in our repositories as company and working across all our teams to ensure we can respond in a timely manner. So I hope in the coming months you'll feel more support from Apollo across our repos.
