Use MipMapFileNameTemplate for file path instead of SourceFileNameTemplate #7

MipMapFileNameTemplate + SourceMinM is what actually tells us the first mip level in the directory, not SourceFileNameTemplate. This has caused some issues with some transfers.

Might also be good to test TargetVoxelSizeXnm and TargetVoxelSizeYnm to see if they are set at mip0 or mip 1

Answer: YES. If first MipMap is mip1, multiply x and y by 2
