I noticed that I have a lot of email addresses that have the name of people in them, but are just no-reply address from say, the person sharing a file with me, e.g: "Person Name (Google Docs)" <[email protected]

I think it would be a good idea to filter these addresses from the returned addresses. The variations I see are:

  • do-not-reply
  • no-reply
  • noreply

which may or may not be preceded or followed by something else. And there's Microsoft of course, which seems to be a special snowflake when it comes to emails (outlook sends terribly formatted html without plaintext ...):

But this one would not have anyone's name in it anyway so it probably doesn't actually come up. What do you think?

This sounds like it would be an useful feature.

Probably also add "bounces" to that list.
