outlier, time compare or frequency analysis operators in datafusion?

Hello,
Are there any plan to implement some outlier, time compare or frequency analysis operators in datafusion? aka identify most common or rare patterns and evolution over time.
or is it better done after data export with tools like pandas?

I don't think we have any plans to do this that I know of

I think implementing them using the DataFusion extension APIs is likely the best bet
