Datafusion-Ray testing on K8s in CI/CD

After addressing #28, we are ready to launch datafusion-ray tests in a cluster in CI/CD on a Kubernetes cluster

At the moment we are only running one of the examples, how should we extend it ? cc @andygrove

ideally I would like to see TPC-H queries run and check that results are correct - we do this in the core datafusion project

we can do this at 1GB scale factor

@andygrove how do we do it in core-datafusion? Do we store the expected results in CSV or something in VCS?
