Jacoco coverage failing in GitHub Actions

The issue is this:

Error:  Failed to execute goal org.sonarsource.scanner.maven:sonar-maven-plugin:3.11.0.3922:sonar (default-cli) on project cloudstack: The plugin [python] does not support Java 11.0.22: org/sonar/plugins/python/PythonPlugin has been compiled by a more recent version of the Java Runtime (class file version 61.0), this version of the Java Runtime only recognizes class file versions up to 55.0 -> [Help 1]
