Launch instance and multiple networks

1. Select a network , and try to destory the network, > Dark dialogue message appears

Issue was observed when i upgraded from 4.23 rc 1 > 4.23 rc2 > 4.23 rc 3

need to validate with an upgrade test from 4.22 to 4.23
