This is indeed a Ceph issue. I haven't seen this one before, but I do see you have one Manager in alert state. Can you verify on the CLI: |

Good morning community, i am currently implementing a CloudStack + Ceph environment. So far, everything has been working smoothly without any issues affecting functionality. However, I keep encountering the following error:
404 - Not Found
Could not reach Alertmanager's API on http://cephserver:9093/api/v1

This message keeps appearing repeatedly, and I’m not sure whether it could cause any problems in the future or if it can be safely ignored.
Has anyone experienced this before, or can advise whether it’s necessary to configure or enable the Alertmanager service manually?
