Expected behaviour if setting is changed in GUI

Hi, as the title suggest, I tried changing the source CIDR to 0.0.0.0/0 using GUI after CCM has created the LB with a specific CIDR. The source CIDR remains at 0.0.0.0/0. Shouldn't Kubernetes reconcile and change the settings to what was configured in CCM?
