`Dag Runs` and `Task Instance` list view have inconsistent padding

What happened and how to reproduce it?

When toggling between Dag Runs and Task Instances view in the Airflow UI, the padding underneath is inconsistent. Definitely a minor nit, but it makes the experience switching between the two a bit choppy.

Padding underneath Dag Runs is more than under Task Instances. I think it's because of the little highlighter bar under the text?

The video does a good job of showing this.

To reproduce:

1. Run at least one DAG.
2. Navigate to Dag Runs.
3. Navigate back and forth between Dag Runs and Task Instances. Note the change in padding.

What you think should happen instead?

Consistent padding.

I was able to understand the issue from the video. Even though this is a small UI inconsistency, visual stability is important for overall user experience. When users frequently switch between Dag Runs and Task Instances during monitoring or troubleshooting activities, layout shifts can make the interface feel less polished and slightly distracting.

It looks like the difference may be related to the active tab indicator and the spacing applied around the tab content area. Having consistent padding between both views would provide a smoother navigation experience and improve visual consistency across the UI.

I would be interested in helping investigate this further and potentially submitting a fix.

That's fair feedback.

My intent was to participate in discussions and learn more about the project, but I can see how comments that mainly restate the issue are not particularly helpful.

I'll be more selective going forward and focus on areas where I can contribute specific technical insights, testing, or code rather than general observations.
