Unhead v2 just been released, with some changes
it has different init for server side rendering:
https://unhead.unjs.io/docs/vue/head/guides/get-started/installation#_3-setup-server-side-rendering
from what I see current version of Vite Ssg doesn't suport it. Just wanted to double check
