Add a section to talk about the secrets handled by PyAnsys bot. #169

📝 Description of the feature
For instance, when building the documentation in a PyAnsys product workflow, we need to access some secrets handled by a bot application.
To do so, we must add the product repository in the list of repositories that can access those secrets.
This could probably be mentioned somewhere in the documentation section.
