System info is used for conversation title (instead of the question)

Describe the bug

1. Open new conversation.
2. Open settings of the conversation and change the system info to: "You are a helpful assistant. Answer as concisely as possible."
3. Ask a question, for example: "Why would I use contenteditable instead of textarea?"
4. After you send the question the title of the conversation becomes: "Helpful assistant" instead of something like: "contenteditable vs textarea".
