Basic Issue: enableCellEditOnFocus only works every other time, even in Tutorial

When using enableCellEditOnFocus, it only works every other click.

Click on a cell in the Name column: you can edit it. Click on another cell in the Name column: it just selects the cell, does not bring up an editor. Repeat.

This problem was introduced in v4.0.8. It's quite a severe problem, apparently rendering enableCellEditOnFocus somewhat unusable. I hope this can be fixed: otherwise I can't take any of the many improvements since then.

I am not sure if setting the enableCellEditOnFocus on a single column alone is supposed to work.

If I change your example to have the setting on the grid instead the focus works as it should, this is also how all the examples in the tutorial are configured:

@m4m4m4, enableCellEditOnFocus used to work at the column definition level from v2.x (maybe before?) to v4.0.7, and ColumnDef Reference says that it should work.

However, great to know that it can be turned on at the grid level, and turned off at the column level. Good workaround.

@mportuga, this is definitely broken. See original post for introduction of error. Even using @m4m4m4 technique, it is unreliable in Firefox. Go to his plunker (http://next.plnkr.co/edit/GIcKYAGQF54b5fjK) in Firefox, and click on an age cell. Works some of the time, not others. You may have to try several cells before finding that one doesn't work. Then it may happen several times in a row. In my production product, it's even worse: the first click works, none of the others. If you double, triple, quadruple click you can sometimes get it to work anyway. It seems to be exiting the editor so quickly you don't even see it.

@mportuga, investigating this further, I think the problem lies in trying to edit number cells. Looking at the source, it appears that timeout was replaced with $scope.$applyAsync in a couple of places (lines 938 and 1008 in v4.2.0 gridEdit.js). Reverting this vastly improves the situation, although it turns out that even v4.0.7 has a little bit of an issue with editing on select (the first click in Firefox doesn't always work). But going back to this would seem far preferable...
