Expandable Row not visible (spinner shown instead)

The expandable row gets into an invalid state not showing the expandable row template and showing a spinner instead.

It can be reproduced on the UI Grid tutorial page by expanding a couple bottom rows:

Go to expandable grid tutorial page: http://ui-grid.info/docs/#/tutorial/216_expandable_grid
Scroll to the bottom and expand the last row, 499, by clicking on the '+' sign.
Start scrolling down to see the content of the expanded row.
Notice that the expandable template does not appear and a spinner appears instead.

I did notice that the data appears after any window resize, even if I only nudge the window dimensions by a couple of pixels.

I've tried forcing a core.notifyDataChange and core.refresh after the expand event has triggered, but it doesn't help.

Edit 1: I've also tried forcing a variety of refresh events on a $timeout. It seems to work if I set the $timeout interval to one second or more, but that's not really a solution for me.

Edit 2: Managed to avoid the problem by setting gridOptions.virtualizationThreshold to be the dataset length just after the dataset is loaded. Adds a bit of noticeable lag when scrolling the grid, though, as presumably I'm bypassing the virualization performance benefits.

Any config suggestions or workarounds very welcome.

I believe this change was responsible: b2ecf42#diff-90b7112d1f3b674fa5c23b308e2ed688

I think I can solve this by changing the order of those lines and ensuring that the template is compiled before appending it.

Nevermind, that commit is not responsible. But I did notice that when you scroll all the way to the bottom of the page, the '$destroy' listener is getting triggered, which sets expandedRendered to false and causes the spinner to display.

### Setting virtualizationThreshold to same as number of items per page resolved the issue.
